I’m Ryan Curwick, founder of Curwick Construction of Florida. My journey into high-end custom homebuilding began early. Growing up in Illinois, I watched my father develop communities and build homes from the ground up. That hands-on foundation shaped the way I approach every detail today.

After earning a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Florida Gulf Coast University, I trained with respected builders like London Bay Homes and Seagate Development Group. I later expanded my technical expertise by completing civil engineering coursework and a specialized program in engineering and surveying at the University of Florida.

At Curwick Construction, we take a uniquely integrated approach to custom homebuilding, starting with thoughtful design collaboration and continuing through a structured pre-construction and selections process that helps clients feel confident and excited at every step. Our Team brings clarity and efficiency to complex builds, combining creativity with careful coordination from first sketch to final walk-through.
