I’m Ryan Curwick, founder of Curwick Construction of Florida. My journey into high-end custom homebuilding began early. Growing up in Illinois, I watched my father develop communities and build homes from the ground up. That hands-on foundation shaped the way I approach every detail today.

After earning a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Florida Gulf Coast University, I trained with respected builders like London Bay Homes and Seagate Development Group. I later expanded my technical expertise by completing civil engineering coursework and a specialized program in engineering and surveying at the University of Florida.

At Curwick Construction, we take a uniquely integrated approach to custom homebuilding, starting with thoughtful design collaboration and continuing through a structured pre-construction and selections process that helps clients feel confident and excited at every step.
